Team CBC Youth Wrestlers traveled 7 hours to compete in the Mid Atlantic Wrestling Association “MAWA” Regional Tournament being held in Coal Township PA.  The CBC wrestlers qualified for the regional tournament by placing in the top 3  at the MAWA Districts held in Londonderry NH.

The gymnasium was filled to capacity with the very best youth wrestlers on the east coast.  The skill level at the MAWA Regionals was impressive if not intimidating.  There were no easy age or weight class in the tournament.  The entire trip was a great learning experience for the youth wrestlers.

Team CBC wrestled hard and many of the wrestlers won their 1st and 2nd matches of the tournament.  Although no one from CBC qualified for the MAWA Nationals we did have several place winners.  Wrestling for Team CBC were:

Colby MacIntosh, Shaymus MacIntosh, Gaige Hughes, Brandon Winn, Aiden Winn, Devin Winn
